If you notice that the package is damaged upon delivery, please open it in the presence of the courier and, if necessary, prepare a damage report.

If the contents of the package are confirmed as damaged in the courier’s presence and the issue is reported to us, within 14 business days we will:

• resend your order or
• issue a refund.

Note: If the damage is discovered only after the courier has left, the complaint may not be accepted.

Product Defects

The complaint will be reviewed within 14 days from the date of submission.

Due to the nature of production machinery and the printing process, certain tolerances are acceptable and are described in the Terms and Conditions and Privacy Policy.

Withdrawal from the Contract and Returns

Consumers do not have the right to withdraw from a contract for goods made to individual specifications, even if production has not yet started.

All products are custom-made (non-prefabricated, tailored to the consumer’s needs) and are not eligible for return.
