If, after opening the shipment, you notice product defects that do not match your order, please submit a complaint within 14 days from the delivery date using the appropriate form.
The complaint will be reviewed within 14 days from the date of submission.
Due to the nature of production machinery and the printing process, certain tolerances are acceptable and are described in the Terms and Conditions and Privacy Policy.
Important: Color differences resulting from monitor settings are not considered a technical defect.
Consumers do not have the right to withdraw from a contract for goods made to individual specifications, even if production has not yet started.
All products are custom-made (non-prefabricated, tailored to the consumer’s needs) and are not eligible for return.
